As a Georgetown University-trained Health and Wellness Coach, my approach was inspired by a powerful motto that resonated deeply with me: "Cura Personalis" meaning "Care for the whole person" This principle became the cornerstone of my practice, it is the essence of my approach, guiding everything I do here at Wellness By C, a sanctuary for health and well-being.
My passion for a holistic lifestyle, nurturing mind, body, and spirit, has been fueled by my own experiences across the globe. My quests taught me that true wellness encompasses more than just physical health, it is about finding balance, peace, and joy in every aspect of our lives.
My global journey has taught me the universal language of health.
